The newly formed Wealth Division of LloydsTSB have engaged Grand Shearman to assist the Executive Team develop into a high performing team, through a series of workshops and coaching.

Grand Shearman has also coached a divisional team and individuals within it for the last two years, also designing and delivering parts of their annual divisional conference.
