Over the past two years, Diageo has made a significant investment in leadership coaching which required us to establish a global External Coach Faculty. The purpose of our External Coach Faculty was to partner with us to create an individual and collective shift in our leadership performance. Voula and her team were part of our Faculty and we valued their contribution greatly. They have a deep knowledge of individuals and team dynamics which they use effectively in their coaching.
