I have worked with Anne over a period of 5 years during which she has assisted me through a period of 1:1 coaching and also as a coach to my management team.

The period as coach to my management team focused on a series of interventions, on a regular basis over a three year period – the coaching was focused on the dynamics within the team and between them and the wider organization; these interventions also provided the opportunity for 1:1 coaching for various team members.

The results were a very strong and focused team in terms of achieving the vision, plus very good insights into each others’ styles, values and strengths and how to play to these for the benefit of the team and the wider organization.

There were significant changes to the team composition over the 3 years, yet new members were assimilated and valued very quickly, with no disruption to team working towards the vision. The nett result was a team that could have “robust” conversations with themselves and the wider organization, whilst avoiding open conflict.
