Voula is a business psychologist specialising in individual and team development within organisations.
As an executive, leadership and team coach with twenty years professional experience, she has unique depth and breadth of knowledge of executive coaching and leadership development, having coached 500+ executives and leaders in a number of blue chip organisations, including: Diageo, Pepsico, the London Stock Exchange, Cadburys, Johnson and Johnson, the Prudential. She also works as a coach and development specialist to teams. Her particular interest and expertise is as a depth psychologist – bringing about transformational change in leaders who face the challenges of leading their businesses to a new, and often unknown, future.

A major current project for Grand Shearman is their involvement in the Leadership Development Programme at Diageo. Voula heads a team of seven Grand Shearman consultants who are coaches on the Diageo Coaching Faculty, in support of the leading edge programme for Diageo's top 1000 leaders. As well as being the Account Executive for her team, Voula has also been appointed Coaching Champion to the faculty.

Voula is a chartered psychologist, on the Special Group in Coaching Psychology Chartered Members List. She is a coaching supervisor to the Grand Shearman team, and is currently in supervisor training with Dr Michael Carroll. As well as her BSc in Social Psychology (the specialised study of small groups) Voula is trained in a range of techniques aimed at bringing about individual and group change. These include Gestalt psychology, Character Dynamics, and emotional intelligence development. She is fully trained and licensed in all psychometric testing.

Voula has a particular interest in story telling as an organisational and leadership communication method – and is well qualified – she has an MA in Creative Writing, and has recently completed her first novel.
